Location: the hotel was next to the airport and Richmond shopping center, and shops / restaurants. Everyone from the staff was wonderful. The room was airy and fantastic, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

The hotel in Richmond is stunningly beautiful and quiet. The staff is affable and amicable. The rooms are well-maintained and modern, complete with a nice balcony, fridge, and large bathroom. They serve great food with a wide array of options to choose from.

Favourable location next to sky train, two large malls and other food options and many restaurant in a comfortable area. Nearby Antonio's Trattoria & Bar - great place to chill out.

The room we had a double suite was in need of an upgrade. It was small and not well designed the sitting area was near the door with no windows. Very small hidabed even for a 10 year old. We had to get a cot for our extra child.

I stayed at this 4-star hotel recently and I must say, I had a fantastic experience here. The location was unbeatable, with multiple shops, restaurants, and the Richmond Centre all within walking distance. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, and they were the friendliest and most helpful ever! They even offered me an early check-in and a free room upgrade to accommodate me. The food in the restaurant was also really tasty, and the server in the dining room was beyond perfect. the level of service and the quality of amenities offered here were exceptional.

This place is perfect for families looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The staff could improve a bit in terms of providing plastic utensils without questioning the customer.
